Tel Aviv/Washington, April 6 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to visit Washington on April 7 to meet with US President Donald Trump to address both the Gaza situation, as well as the new 17% tariffs imposed on Israel in the US' latest 'reciprocal tariffs' policy.

Netanyahu confirmed his visit to the United States on April 5, with his office saying that the two sides would also discuss "efforts to reach a hostage deal, Israel-Turkey relations, the Iranian threat, and confronting the International Criminal Court," according to The Times of Israel.
