The Hague, Aug. 2 -- Ajax has completed the signing of Israeli international Oscar Gloukh from Red Bull Salzburg, as the two sides reached a deal.
With his contract in Austria due to expire in 2027, the 21-year-old midfielder signed a contract with Ajax until 2030. The transfer fee is 14.75 million euros (17 million U.S. dollars), which can grow to 17.25 million euros including bonuses.
Gloukh broke through from the youth academy of Maccabi Tel Aviv to the first team and moved to RB Salzburg in January 2023, helping the club win the Austrian league title in his first season.
