Beirut, Aug. 19 -- The Israeli army established on Monday a new military post in the border region of southern Lebanon, as an Israeli drone strike wounded four people, according to Lebanese security and health sources.
A Lebanese security source told Xinhua that the newly established post was set up at the northern entrance of Kafr Kila village, about 15 meters from the UN-demarcated Blue Line.
It is "surrounded by an earthen barrier, equipped with surveillance devices and heavy machine guns, and houses a Merkava tank," the source said.
The move comes a week after Israel established a post near the Israeli settlement of Misgav Am, which a Lebanese source claimed lies roughly 800 meters inside Lebanese territory.
