Beirut, Aug. 31 -- The Israeli military on Sunday conducted multiple strikes across southern Lebanon using warplanes, guided missiles and drones, a local military source told Sputnik.
"Israeli warplanes carried out a series of heavy raids on several areas in southern Lebanon," the source said.
The strikes targeted the Haraj Ali Al-Taher and Al-Dabsha areas on the outskirts of the southern city of Nabatiyeh, the source added.
Lebanese authorities say that Israel continues to systematically violate Lebanon's sovereignty, despite the ceasefire agreement reached in November 2024.
