Hyderabad, Aug. 19 -- Government officials and companies from Israel and India on Monday held a discussion on the challenges and opportunities in cyber technology and security.

"With its Cybersecurity policy, Telangana is catalysing the Cybersecurity ecosystem, especially the startups and the Global Capability Centres of MNCs, who have their operations setup here. India and Israel's cybersecurity partnership could be a potential game changer," Principal Secretary of ITE&C Department Mr Jayesh Ranjan told media.

Telangana is the first state in the country to have its own Cybersecurity policy and established a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Cybersecurity.
