New Delhi, Oct. 7 -- Traditionally condemned across the Islamic world as Daesh and rejected as un-Islamic even by the Afghan Taliban, the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) has signaled a worrying intent to expand its operations into Kashmir, intelligence sources said today.

ISKP is now being subtly repurposed by Pakistan's military establishment, the sources said adding that Pakistan Army's long-standing policy of leveraging terror proxies to advance its regional objectives continues unabated, with the ISKP emerging as one of its latest instruments of hybrid warfare.
