Dublin, Dec. 27 -- Ireland unveiled a 15-player squad for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier, scheduled to be held in Kathmandu, Nepal, from January 18 to February 1, 2026.

According to the International Cricket Council ICC), Gaby Lewis will lead the side, with Orla Prendergast appointed as her deputy, as Ireland look to secure qualification for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 in England and Wales.

As part of their build-up, the Irish squad will depart on January 6, 2026 for a six-day preparation camp in Dubai, before travelling to Nepal on January 12. They will play two official warm-up matches, against Nepal and Zimbabwe, ahead of the tournament.
