Aizawl, Nov. 29 -- The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Mizoram State Branch, held its first Annual General Meeting on Saturday at the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan, marking a significant step in the organisation's efforts to expand humanitarian activities across the state.
The meeting was chaired by Mizoram Governor General (Dr) Vijay Kumar Singh (Retd), who also serves as President of the state branch.
In a key highlight of the programme, the Governor launched six first-aid tutorial videos in Mizo, developed in collaboration with the Department of Information & Public Relations (I&PR) and the Zoram Medical College & Hospital (ZMC&H).
