Imphal, March 28 -- Imphal Riding Club defeated Manipur Police Sports Club 23 - 2 in the third Chittamohini State women's polo cup at Mapal Kangjeibung on Friday.
Imphal Riding Club, the Defending Champion, dominated the match in all four chukkers.
Organised by Manipur Horse Riding and Polo Association, the women's tournament was inaugurated before the inaugural match by Dr S Joykumar, former President of Manipur Equestrian Association.
H Deleep, President MHRPA, Dr RK Nayansana , former Chairperson Manipur State Social welfare board, L Tiken, international hockey player, L Sarita, former World boxing champion, Prof N Radhapyari, RK Dilip, and others graced the inaugural event.
