Baghdad, July 19 -- Iraqi authorities on Friday said the entities behind recent drone attacks on several of its military radar sites had been identified, without giving details.

Sabah al-Numan, spokesperson for the commander-in-chief of the Iraqi forces, said in a statement that the drones used in the attacks were manufactured outside Iraq and launched from specific sites within Iraqi territory.

The entities involved in planning and carrying out these hostile operations were also identified, said the statement, without giving further explanation.

According to the spokesperson, legal measures will be taken against all those involved.
