Tehran, Feb. 9 -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran remains open to "equal and win-win" negotiations with the US, calling the latest round of nuclear talks an opportunity where all parties could reach a fair settlement, provided they refrain from making excessive demands.

"We are seeking guarantees for our rights on lifting unjust sanctions," Pezeshkian said, stressing that Iran believes "interaction and dialogue are the only way" to address regional and global challenges.

He added that the talks, supported by neighbouring countries, could help resolve disputes "logically" if both sides remain committed to a constructive process.
