Tehran/Cairo, May 13 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has held a phone conversation with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty, exchanging views on the Iran-U.S. nuclear talks, the latest status of bilateral relations, and several regional issues, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

During the conversation, Araghchi briefed Abdelatty on the fourth round of the indirect talks between Iran and the United States, which was held in the Omani capital Muscat on Sunday and centered on Tehran's nuclear program and the removal of Washington's sanctions, according to the statement.
