Tehran, April 19 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Saturday held a meeting with his Italian counterpart Antonio Tajani in Rome before the beginning of the second round of negotiations on the nuclear deal with the United States, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said.

"The foreign minister of the Islamic Republic, who came to Rome to take part in the second round of indirect negotiations with the US, met the Italian foreign minister and held talks with him this morning," the ministry said on Telegram.
