New Delhi/ Tehran, March 21 -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Friday warned that the ongoing US-Israel attacks on Iran could have far-reaching global consequences as Tehran expanded the theatre of conflict with ballistic missile strikes on a critical US-UK military base deep in the Indian Ocean.
The President cautioned that the conflict may "burn many other countries" if it continues unchecked.
In a post on X, Pezeshkian described Israel as "terrorist in nature" and said US actions against Iran, including the assassination of the Leader, had set a dangerous precedent in international disputes that could erode global norms.
