Tehran, Sept. 16 -- Iran has rejected references to a two-state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict contained in the final communique of the Arab-Islamic emergency summit in Doha, saying the approach fails to address the root of the issue and accusing US policies of perpetuating Israeli aggression.
"The so-called two-state solution will not solve the Palestinian issue," the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement carried by state media, reports Iran International.
