Tehran, March 9 -- Iran has accused the US and Israel of derailing diplomatic efforts and pushing the conflict into what it described as a dangerous new stage, as fighting across the region continues to intensify, with both nations accusing each other of destabilising the region and undermining its security.
In a statement on Sunday, Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, said the ongoing war had undermined the foundations of international law and created what he called a humanitarian crisis.
