Nagpur, May 25 -- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday underlined the imperative of self-reliance for national security, stressing that India must be capable of defending itself independently against any threat, even if multiple powers unite against the country.
In an expansive interview with 'Organiser' marking the centenary of the RSS, Bhagwat said, "For national security, we must not be dependent on others. We should be able to defend ourselves. No one should be able to conquer us - not even if multiple powers come together." He described this invincibility as a vital goal rooted in the Sangh's vision for the nation.
