Patna, Sept. 3 -- The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of Patna today admitted the complaint petition filed for investigation into the alleged defamatory and inflammatory remarks made aboutthe Prime Minister's mother during the Voter Adhikar Yatra.
The complaint was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Manish Kumar Upadhyay by Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, a lawyer of the Patna High Court, under sections 3(5), 61(1)(2), 62,356, 351 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complaint names Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Leader of Oppositionin Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Vikassheel Insaan Party chief Mukesh Sahani, and Mohammad Rizvi alias Raja as accused.
