Pune, Oct. 12 -- Interpol has issued a Blue Corner Notice against notorious gangster Nilesh Ghaywal, who has been booked under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), Pune Police said.
The notice aims to assist authorities in tracing his whereabouts abroad.
Following the Kothrud firing case, several members of the Ghaywal gang were booked.
However, gang leader Nilesh Ghaywal reportedly fled to London using a passport obtained with fake documents and a false address.
Meanwhile, controversy erupted after revelations that Nilesh's brother, Sachin Ghaywal, had been granted a firearm licence.
