Thiruvananthapuram, March 11 -- As part of the celebrations marking International Women's Day 2026, the seventh edition of the International Waitress Race will be held at Kovalam on March 24 under the theme "Give to Gain."The event is being organised by UDS Group of Hotels in association with Skal International Trivandrum.
The programme will begin at 2 pm with a Mocktail Contest in which participants will be challenged to prepare innovative beverages as part of a Zero Waste Challenge. Contestants will create drinks using unconventional ingredients such as fruit peels, pulp, stems and seeds while also demonstrating eco-friendly presentation using biodegradable decor and stirrers.
