Chandigarh, Dec. 1 -- Amritsar's Border Range DIG Sandeep Goyal announced in a press conference that Punjab Police, working in coordination with central agencies, has successfully dismantled an international terror module responsible for multiple grenade attacks in the state.
According to officials, the network was being operated from Pakistan, with handlers directing operatives in Punjab to create widespread panic.
DIG Goyal identified two key conspirators, Eishaan Akhtar and Shahzad Bhatti, who were allegedly orchestrating the module from abroad. Their primary recruit, Amandeep, had been receiving grenades under the instructions of Pakistan's ISI and carrying out targeted attacks across Punjab.
