New Delhi, July 13 -- The Interim Committee overseeing the administration of boxing in India has reiterated its full commitment to holding the Boxing Federation of India (BFI) elections within the World Boxing-mandated deadline of August 31, asserting that the roadmap for the transition is both transparent and on track.
The assurance follows the recent decision by World Boxing to extend the tenure of the Interim Committee after reviewing its progress and holding detailed discussions with Indian Olympic Association (IOA) President PT Usha in Lausanne.
