New Delhi, Jan. 11 -- The seamless integration of the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Namo Bharat with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) was operationalised on Sunday at the New Ashok Nagar Metro Station in Delhi, and the integrated passenger movement corridor was formally opened for public use, the Central Industrial Security Force said.
CISF, being the agency responsible for the formulating the security protocols and ensuring passenger security is also ensuring the through this integration, the smooth and secure interchange for passengers travelling between DMRC and RRTS networks.
