Patna, March 3 -- Bihar Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Monday announced that the state government would open a multi-purpose Integrated Centre of Bihar in metro cities of the country to promote the art and culture of the state and also help attract investment.

Chaudhary made this announcement during his budget speech in assembly, saying that the Integrated Centre of Bihar (ICB) proposed to be opened in metro cities , other than Mumbai and Delhi, would help in promoting the art and culture of the state. In ICB, there would be an extensive display of art and culture of Bihar and festivals would also be organised there to make the people aware of the rich culture and heritage of the state, he added.
