Dhaka, Jan. 6 -- Bangladesh's Inqilab Moncho group kickstarted a protest march titled 'March for Justice' from Shahbagh in the national capital this morning, demanding justice for Sharif Osman Hadi, the group's late spokesperson, who was shot dead during an election campaign in Dhaka on December 12. The marchers raised anti-govt, and anti-India slogans.

The party, known for its hardline anti-India, anti-Awami League rhetoric, as well as its pro-Islamist proclivities, has carried out several protest marches in the area, demanding justice for their slain spokesperson, who was fatally shot in the head by unknown assailants on December 12 last year, and succumbed to his wounds on December 18.
