Chandigarh, Aug. 8 -- Arjun Chautala, Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) MLA from Haryana's Rania constituency in Sirsa, sparked controversy after he made derogatory remarks against Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
Speaking at a gathering during his visit to Bawani Khera in Bhiwani, Chautala referred to Mann as a "piyakkad kauwa" (drunkard crow) and alleged that the Punjab CM was "running the state in a drunken stupor." He further said, "You never know when he'll speak or what he'll say after a few drinks," adding, "I pray to God he stays sober enough to function.That would be enough."
Chautala further mocked Mann, referencing a popular fable: "Mann tells the story of a crow. Punjab's condition is just like that. You've heard of the thirst...
