Imphal, Nov. 1 -- The 77th Information and Public Relations (IPR) Day, 2025, was celebrated today with grace and dignity at the Auditorium of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Nityaipat Chuthek, Airport Road, Imphal.
Chief Secretary of Manipur, Puneet Kumar Goel, graced the occasion as Chief Guest, while Hungyo Worshang, Secretary (IPR), presided over the function. M. Joy Singh, IAS (Retd.), former Commissioner (IPR), attended as Guest of Honour.
