Srinagar, Oct. 8 -- Inspector General of the Border Security Force (BSF) Kashmir Frontier, Ashok Yadav, today said that infiltration attempts along the Line of Control (LoC) have been significantly fewer this year compared to previous years, and all such attempts have been successfully foiled.

He attributed the success to heightened vigilance and advanced surveillance systems.

"We are maintaining full domination and vigilance along the LoC in close coordination with the Army. Although we receive several intelligence inputs about infiltration attempts and the presence of terrorists at launching pads, the alertness with which our troops are operating has prevented any such attempt from succeeding," the IG BSF told reporters after unveiling ...
