Pune, June 21 -- The Infantry School at Mhow marked the 11th International Yoga Day on Saturday with great fervour. A dedicated session of asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (breath control techniques) was organized for all ranks and their families, highlighting the integral role of yoga in maintaining a balanced mind and a healthy body.

This year's celebration emphasized the theme of 'Harmony and Peace through Yoga', aiming to spread awareness about the importance of holistic well-being among armed forces personnel and their dependents.
