Ranchi, Nov. 3 -- BJP's Jharkhand State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi today launched a scathing attack on the Hemant Soren government, accusing it of administrative failure, rising crime, and anti-industry policies that have forced investors to leave the state.
