New Delhi, Dec. 4 -- In a major step to deepen educational and cultural cooperation between India and Russia, the Russian Educational Agency has inaugurated its first branch in New Delhi.
The initiative, a joint project between the Synergy Corporation and Innopraktika.India, aims to provide Indian students with streamlined access to quality higher education in Russia while fostering cultural, scientific, and social ties between the two nations.The launch comes when Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a State visit to India reflecting the strengthening of relations between both the countries.
