Lucknow, Dec. 14 -- The forty-eight hours validation exercise of the 14th Indo-Nepal Joint Battalion Level Training--Exercise 'Surya Kiran' started at the Nepal Army Battle School, Salijhandi in the Rupendehi district of Nepal on Saturday. During the validation exercise, both the armies will validate various drills, procedures and other nuances involved in joint operations while undertaking counter-terrorist operations. The exercise will also validate swift movement of troops using helicopters. Specialist troops of both the contingents will train in house clearing, room intervention and hostage rescue drills under simulated conditions.
