Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 28 -- IndiGo has commenced a daily direct flight service between Thiruvananthapuram and Male, the capital of the Maldives, further strengthening air connectivity between Kerala and the island nation.
The inaugural service departed from Thiruvananthapuram at 12 noon and reached Male at 1:20 pm (local time). The return flight leaves Male at 2:05 pm and arrives back in Thiruvananthapuram at 4:20 pm.
