Ranchi, Dec. 28 -- Indian Youth Congress on Sunday announced new appointments in the Jharkhand Pradesh Youth Congress with immediate effect.
Kumar Gaurav has been appointed President, Kuldeep Kumar Ravi as Senior Vice President and Ashutosh Kumar as Vice President.
