Nagpur, Nov. 30 -- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday said that Indian thought is not bound by any ideological "ism", and therefore, the idea of the nation has never been a matter of conflict in India.
In contrast, he said, foreign thought systems rooted in disputes had led to global conflicts including two world wars.
"Our nation existed even before the concepts of state, power, conquest, or servitude," he said, at the "Bharat Bodh: Young Author Interaction" session at the ongoing Nagpur Book Festival 2025 at Reshimbag Ground here.
He urged young authors to study original sources and create literature that nurtures humanity and contributes to public welfare.
