Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 3 -- The Indian Navy celebrated Navy Day 2025 with a spectacular Operational Demonstration (Op Demo) at Shangumugham Beach on Wednesday, offering thousands of spectators a breathtaking glimpse of India's maritime strength and combat capability.
President Droupadi Murmu, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, attended the event as the Chief Guest.
On her arrival, the President was welcomed by Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, and accorded a 150-men ceremonial Guard of Honour.
The event was also witnessed by Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, senior military leaders, government officials, and the public who thronged the beachfront.
