New Delhi, Dec. 16 -- Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff of the Indian Navy, concluded his official visit to Brazil, which was aimed at strengthening the maritime partnership between the two nations.

In a statement issued here the naval spokesperson said that during the visit, the CNS held high level engagements with senior Brazilian officials, including the defence minister, the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Brazilian Armed Forces, and the Commander of the Brazilian Navy.

Discussions focused on bilateral cooperation and defence industry collaboration.
