Ranchi, Nov. 29 -- An Indian delegation has departed for Israel under the India-Israel Government-to-Government (G2G) Collaboration initiative, with Jharkhand's Suraj Oraon, Assistant Director of the State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), selected as one of the representatives.
The delegation will take part in a seven-day exposure visit from November 29 to December 5, focusing on sustainable urban water management.
Officials from various states have been nominated by the Government of India to participate in the programme, which includes field visits, technical sessions, and interactions with Israeli experts on advanced practices in water conservation, water supply technologies, and urban water security models.
