Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 20 -- India's Constitution draws its enduring strength from the country's ancient civilisation and living knowledge traditions, Justice (Retd) Dinesh Maheshwari said today, asserting that India is far more than a political entity and must be understood as a civilisation shaped by duty, tolerance and wisdom.
Delivering a lecture on Indian Knowledge Systems and the Constitution of India at Kerala Lok Bhavan, Justice Maheshwari said Bharatiya Jnana Parampara is not a static body of texts but a dynamic and living tradition that continues to guide law, governance and innovation.
