Itanagar, Aug. 16 -- In a major boost to rural healthcare in high-altitude areas of Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang district, the Arogyam Health and Wellness Centre, an initiative of the Indian Army under Operation Sadbhavana, was inaugurated today at DahJhong (Thingbu Hydel) under Jang sub-division of the district.

Equipped with basic life-saving facilities, the centre will provide timely medical support to villagers and tourists in the remote and high-altitude regions of Thingbu, Mago, Jethang, and Luguthang.
