New Delhi, Nov. 25 -- The Indian Navy and the Royal Moroccan Navy today explored new avenues to deepen their maritime cooperation, focusing on enhanced training exchanges, stronger information-sharing frameworks and broader collaboration on maritime security, according to the Navy spokesperson.

Rear Admiral Mohamed Tahin, Inspector of the Royal Moroccan Navy, is currently on an official visit to India. He commenced his engagements with a ceremonial Guard of Honour at the South Block Lawns in New Delhi, where he was welcomed by Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi. The two leaders later held comprehensive discussions on expanding bilateral naval ties.
