Bengaluru, Nov. 28 -- India's women cricket team is set to face Sri Lanka in a five-match T20 International (T20I) series from December 21 to December 30, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced on Friday.
The opening two matches of the series will be hosted at the ACA-VDCA Stadium in Visakhapatnam, while the remaining three encounters will take place at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.
India were last seen in T20I action in July this year, during their tour of England, where they clinched the series 3-2. Sri Lanka, on the other hand, last played a T20I series in March, drawing 1-1 against New Zealand after the final match was washed out.
