Patna, Sept. 24 -- The Congress Working Committee (CWC) today accused the Central government of ''collapsing'' India's foreign policy and said the country's strategic autonomy is being squandered as the government ''mindlessly'' oscillates between appeasing the US and tilting towards China.
The CWC in a resolution adopted at the meeting during the day at Sadaqat Ashram here said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "huglomacy" had backfired, far from boosting India's standing, it had left India diplomatically isolated and unable to secure its national interests.
