New Delhi, Aug. 8 -- IBM revealed that the average total organizational cost of a data breach in India reached Rs 22 crore, which is the highest on record, as per the report 'Cost of a Data Breach.' The report also noted that AI adoption is compromising the security and governance standards.

Viswanath Ramaswamy, vice president of technology, IBM India & South Asia, said, " India's accelerating AI adoption brings immense opportunity, but it's also exposing enterprises to new and complex cyber threats.
