New Delhi/Moscow, Oct. 1 -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today said the Strategic Partnership between India and Russia continues to develop dynamically across the board with trade, economic ties, scientific and technological collaboration and cultural and humanitarian exchanges between the two countries on the rise.

Welcoming the organisers and participants of the first Tatarstan-India Mutual Efficiency (TIME) business forum to be hosted in the city of Kazan, Lavrov said that this year, both countries mark the 25th anniversary of the Declaration on India-Russia Strategic Partnership.
