India risks Missing 21st century bus, warns Ram Madhav
Bengaluru, July 7 -- India faces a narrow but vital window to assert global leadership, and failure to invest in original innovation and advanced technology could leave the nation once again on the sidelines of world affairs, warned India Foundation President Dr Ram Madhav.
Addressing a packed audience at the launch of his book "The New World: 21st Century Global Order and India" in Bengaluru, Madhav said India cannot afford to repeat the historical mistake it made in the post-colonial era when it failed to shape the emerging world order.
