New Delhi, Nov. 28 -- India reported 8,774 new cases of Covid-19 and 621 corona related deaths during the past 24 hours, said the latest update by the Ministry of Health and Family welfare on Sunday.
Addition of these new fatalities takes the country's total death toll to 4,68,554.
Meanwhile, active cases have declined to 1,05,691, which is lowest in 543 days.
The recovery rate touched 98. 34 per cent as 9,481 patients recovered from the virus during the last 24 hours taking the cumulative tally of recovered patients to 3,39,98,278.
