New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- The Department of Posts (DoP) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance financial inclusion by enabling mutual fund distribution through India Post's extensive nationwide network, an official statement said here.

The MoU aims to channel small and idle savings of rural and small-town households into mutual fund investments, helping convert modest savings into long-term wealth. The partnership aligns with the government's vision of Antyodaya and the goal of building a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
