Rae Bareli , April 22 -- United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson and Congress candidate from Rae Bareli Sonia Gandhi on Monday alleged that that the country had never seen such an irresponsible Prime Minister like Narendra Modi in the past.
"The Prime Minister says that he is ready to leave everything if he fails will take his jhola.
