New Delhi, March 29 -- India has intensified monitoring and response measures to ensure maritime safety and the welfare of its nationals in the West Asia region, with authorities confirming that shipping operations and port activities remain stable and uninterrupted.

The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways said all Indian seafarers in the region are safe, and no incident involving Indian-flagged vessels has been reported in the past 24 hours.
